If we don’t have the exact hinge needed for your weight requirements, Reell also offers custom hinges to match your exact application.

While Reell offers a full catalog of hinges and parts that work for a variety of unique applications, we also offer custom creations. There are 3 different options we have to accommodate your project needs.

1. Select one of Reell’s custom friction hinges or torque inserts to fit your application.

2. Reell will choose a hinge or part that is similar to what you need and adapt it accordingly.

3. Reell will design and build a completely custom part to accommodate your application.

If you see a part that’s close to your application specifications but not quite right, Reell will create a custom part to match your unique needs.

Calculations and analysis can determine a torque value, but Reell knows there is no substitute for trying the part in your application.
